Sleeves are too long

There is no way this is petite sized. The sleeves on both the xxs and xs were way too long. I am 4’10” and 107 lbs. the xxs was too tight the xs sleeves were too long and it was too big the shoulders. I’ve had good results with petite studio on jackets and dresses but this blouse unfortunately doesn’t fit.
